• Admission applications — your name, contact details, date of birth, address, guardian details, academic history, and any documents you upload.
• Contact enquiries — your name, email, phone number and message.

We also record the IP address a submission came from, to limit spam.

How we use it

Application data is used to process your admission. Enquiry data is used to answer you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by Tribhuvan University, the University Grants Commission, or Nepali law.

How long we keep it

Applications are retained as part of the campus admission record. Enquiries are retained while they are being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Contact the campus office using the details on the Contact page.
